Job summary

KPMG in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Insurance Transformation Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager (Operations focus) to join our Financial Services – Insurance Strategy, Operations & Transformation team. You will work with clients across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region to review current insurance practices and implement enterprise-wide improvements.

The role covers business analysis, process design, program delivery, and change management, with a focus on Life & Health claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in insurance operations and delivery management.
• Understanding of the Singapore and ASEAN insurance markets and regulatory environment would be advantageous.
• Experience in Life & Health insurance operations, particularly Claims Management, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define operational effectiveness and efficiency strategies, processes, business requirements for core insurance platforms and systems.
• Assess Life, Health or P&C operations to identify end-to-end process optimization opportunities.
• Drive delivery of large-scale transformation programmes with client teams.
• Deliver end-to-end transformation including business analysis, requirement docs, testing, change management and project management.
• Participate in technology/digital/data/AI projects to transform operations with partners.
• Engage in client steering committee meetings to safeguard project delivery and governance.
