Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Senior Manager/Director: 10+ years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Experience in General Insurance (Property & Casualty) including Commercial Lines / Personal Lines / Reinsurance / Insurance Broking.
• Deep expertise in one or more General Insurance disciplines: Commercial Underwriting / Personal Lines Underwriting / Claims Management / Reinsurance / Product Development / Insurance Distribution / Broker Management / Insurance Operations / Customer Experience & Service Delivery / Portfolio Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of insurance-focused consulting and advisory engagements.
• Advise insurance clients on business strategy, operating model transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support clients in enhancing General Insurance underwriting, claims, reinsurance, distribution and operational capabilities.
• Drive large‑scale transformation programmes, including process optimisation, target operating model design and technology‑enabled change.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and present recommendations to senior executives and business leaders.
• Manage project teams and provide coaching and development to junior team members.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, client pursuits and relationship management.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market‑leading initiatives within the insurance sector.
