Job summary

Income Insurance Limited in Singapore is seeking a capable leader to supervise a team of Financial Consultants and Insurance Advisers. The role focuses on driving sales growth, maintaining a motivated team, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

The incumbent will execute sales plans, monitor performance, and serve as the primary contact for team members to achieve monthly targets and uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Superior performance record and strong leadership skills.
• Self-driven with a proven ability to work in a dynamic sales environment and a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives.
• Proactive, independent, result-oriented, energetic with good people skills and an effective team player.
• Able to communicate (written & verbal) effectively with all levels in the organization.
• CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A, 8, 8A), CHI, CGI or DGI, DLI or ACII/FLMI and its equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Representatives that consists of Financial Consultants and Insurance Advisers to drive sales growth.
• Be the first point of contact for Representatives to support achievement of sales targets.
• Effectively execute the sales plans and strategies as set by management to achieve the sales targets for the team.
• Maintain a team of highly motivated IAs to maximise sales productivity and monitor performance.
• Ensure high quality service standards and compliance with regulations prescribed by authorities.
• Implement department objectives, policies and procedures and coordinate the sales cycle and methodology.
