Job summary

Cigna Europe Insurance Company S.A.-N.V. Singapore Branch is seeking a Client Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with key insurance clients and business partners.

You will handle client servicing, renewals, retention and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships, coordinating with internal teams for service excellence, and supporting onboarding of new business.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or strategic relationship management.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good negotiation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage client expectations and work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• University degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Understand clients' business objectives and recommend suitable solutions.
• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and service-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Support the onboarding and transition of new business accounts.
• Manage client contract renewals and support retention targets.
• Develop renewal strategies with Client Management and Underwriting teams.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate account records and client information in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with sales consultants, underwriting teams and regional service partners.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to support client requirements.
• Provide relevant insights on healthcare and insurance regulations across Australia and other markets.
• Participate in client meetings and business travel when required.
