Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing an ITE Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance claims according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and policy-terms compliance.
• Compile statistical data related to claims processing and KPIs, including regular reports and variance explanations.
• Draft professional responses to enquiries from CPF members and stakeholders, explaining policy coverage and submission requirements.
• Leverage technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance DPS & HPS claim workflows and decision-making.
