Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with GenAI tools and applications.
• Strong interest in data and a desire to gain experience in data and project management processes.
• Clear, spoken and written communication.
• Willing to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with initiative and independence.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data analytics to conduct in-depth analyses of demand patterns, sentiments and behaviours to drive decisions.
• Develop frameworks for data projects.
• Develop recommendations on identified issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive service delivery transformation.
• Apply GenAI techniques to analyze feedback and identify insights and opportunities.
