Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Medical Claims Executive to assess and process local and overseas medical claims in strict adherence to policy terms and conditions.

The role involves reviewing pre-authorisation and LOG requests, liaising with policyholders, providers and internal teams to resolve queries, and handling payments, refunds and discrepancies. You will investigate anomalies and prepare settlement letters and related documentation.

• Assess and process local and overseas medical claims according to policy terms and conditions.
• Review pre-authorisation and Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests.
• Liaise with policyholders, healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve claims queries.
• Handle claim payments, refunds, billing discrepancies and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare claim settlement letters, reports and supporting documentation.
• Investigate claim discrepancies and flag potential fraud for further review.
• Support claims system testing and process improvement initiatives.
