• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise professionally with medical institutions and policyholders to clarify outstanding requirements and facilitate smooth claims processing.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct quality checks on processed claims to uphold high standards of accuracy and compliance, including claims processed through the straight-through processing engine.
• Customer & Business Partner Relations: Provide excellent service and strengthen relationships with customers and business partners through responsive, empathetic, and professional support.
• Claims Enquiries: Handle escalated claims-related enquiries with clarity, care, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Claims Assessment & Processing
   Assess and process medical claims accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring prompt and fair payouts in line with established service standards.
   Review pending claims to ensure reserve adequacy and timely closure of claims.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
   Liaise professionally with medical institutions and policyholders to clarify outstanding requirements and facilitate smooth claims processing.
3. Quality & Compliance
   Conduct quality checks on processed claims to uphold high standards of accuracy and compliance, including claims processed through the straight-through processing engine.
4. Customer & Business Partner Relations
   Provide excellent service and strengthen relationships with customers and business partners through responsive, empathetic, and professional support.
5. Claims Enquiries
   Handle escalated claims-related enquiries with clarity, care, and professionalism.
   Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
