Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a claims professional to assess and process local and overseas medical and non-medical claims in line with policy terms and service standards.

The role involves handling pre-authorisation, LOG requests, and liaising with policyholders, providers and internal teams to resolve queries while ensuring accurate settlements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Assess and process local and overseas medical and non-medical claims in accordance with policy terms and service standards.
• Review pre-authorisation and Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests where required.
• Communicate with policyholders, healthcare providers, intermediaries and internal teams to clarify claim details and resolve enquiries.
• Handle claim disputes, appeals and complex cases professionally.
• Process claim settlements, refunds and related payment documentation accurately.
• Follow up with hospitals and clinics on billing information and outstanding matters.
• Prepare claims reports, records and supporting documentation.
• Identify and escape potential fraud, discrepancies or compliance concerns.
• Support claims system enhancements, UAT and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients and business partners.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
