Job summary

THE HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Insurance Administrative Specialist to prepare and manage sales illustrations and assist consultants with insurance applications.

You will input client and meeting details into the CRM, submit new business documents on time, coordinate medical requirements, and ensure MAS regulatory compliance while liaising with partners and internal teams. Candidates with 2-4 years in insurance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in insurance industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with client information, case files, and administrative records.
• Good organisational and time-management skills to meet submission deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with consultants, business partners, internal teams and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of sales illustrations for partners and consultants.
• Maintain engagement with sales consultants to assist in insurance applications.
• Provide professional and timely updates on status of insurance applications to team members.
• Input client, meeting, and case file information into the CRM system accurately.
• Submit new business documents accurately and within required timeframes.
• Support team with sales illustrations, case management, medical requirements, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and MAS regulatory requirements.
• Liaise between New Business and Finance regarding paid and other reports.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
