Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled insurance professional to support life insurance case management and new business workflows. You will prepare illustrations, manage applications, and input client data into the CRM.

The role requires experience with high-net-worth clients, strong presentation skills, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines while ensuring MAS compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of life insurance case management/new business experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex cases.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of sales illustrations requested by business partners and sales consultants.
• Maintain consistent engagement with sales consultants to assist in the preparation and management of insurance applications.
• Provide professional and timely updates to team members and sales consultants regarding the status of insurance applications.
• Accurately and promptly input client, meeting, and case file information into the CRM system.
• Submit new business documents accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Support team members with sales illustrations, case management, medical requirements, and presentations.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as MAS regulatory requirements.
• Liaise between the New Business and Finance teams regarding paid reports and other business and financial reports.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Strong relationship development, communication, and presentation skills.


• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under extreme deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
