Job summary

THE HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail‑oriented Insurance Administration Specialist to support sales illustrations, engage with sales consultants, and manage insurance applications from intake to submission.

You will ensure accurate CRM data, input client and meeting details, coordinate medical requirements, and assist with MAS regulatory compliance and finance reporting, while delivering timely updates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information, case files, and administrative records.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications and meet submission deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with sales consultants, business partners, internal teams, and the Finance department.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain accurate client, meeting, and case information.
• Ability to coordinate medical requirements, case documentation, and application status updates in a timely and professional manner.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and internal procedures within the insurance industry, including applicable MAS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of sales illustrations for business partners and sales consultants.
• Maintain engagement with sales consultants to assist in preparation and management of insurance applications.
• Provide timely updates to team members and sales consultants on insurance application status.
• Input client, meeting, and case file information into the CRM accurately and promptly.
• Submit new business documents accurately and within required timeframes.
• Support team with sales illustrations, case management, medical requirements, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and MAS regulatory requirements.
• Liaise between New Business and Finance regarding paid reports and other reports.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
