Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Insurance Broking Executive - General Insurance to service client needs, manage policy renewals and advise on suitable solutions.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment with Monday to Friday workdays, 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM, and a salary up to SGD 4,200 basic plus performance bonus. Benefits include generous leave and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline required.
• 1–2 years general insurance experience preferred.
• CGI and HI certifications preferred; examination fees sponsored if required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client servicing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; organised and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients' general insurance needs and act as main contact.
• Monitor renewals to ensure timely policy renewals.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate coverage, terms and premiums with insurers.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist other duties.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of general insurance experience is advantageous.
• CGI and HI certifications preferred; examination fees will be sponsored if required.
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered for junior roles with training.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client servicing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
