Job summary

THE POLYOLEFIN COMPANY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled candidate for the role in the Maintenance Section, responsible for managing maintenance and instrumentation activities in manufacturing plants.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Instrumentation or Electrical & Electronic Engineering and possess 3-5 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance tasks, coordinating field works safely, conducting staff training, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of instrument facilities in refinery, chemical, power, or construction industries.
• Knowledge of Process Gas Chromatograph (PGC) and Distributed Control System (DCS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and instrumentation activities for safe operations.
• Coordinate major field maintenance with a focus on safety.
• Liaise with business units for timely maintenance completion.
• Conduct training for staff and contractors to enhance skills.
• Implement management systems based on ISO standards.
• Respond to plant emergency calls and resolve instrumentation issues.
