Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking an Instructor to deliver cargo-handling and related training. You will conduct classroom and practical sessions, develop training materials, prepare schedules, and orient new hires to ensure safety and operational standards are met.

The role requires a Diploma with knowledge of airfreight operations, strong supervisory/communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Mandarin training capability is a plus for Mandarin-speaking employees.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification, preferably with knowledge of airfreight operations and procedures.
• Possess good supervisory and communication skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint to develop training materials and presentations.
• Confident in delivering classroom and practical training.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to train Mandarin-speaking employees when required.

• Prepare and update training materials for Cargo training courses and related services.
• Prepare training schedules and coordinate administrative matters for new hires.
• Conduct orientation programmes for new hires, as well as refresher and recurrent training.

• Coach and assess competencies for new hires during their On-Job-Training (OJT).
