Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product operations, enablement, institutional business support, solutions engineering, or related roles in financial services/fintech/digital assets.
• Strong understanding of institutional clients across trading, financing, yield, custody, settlement.
• Experience supporting or participating in institutional client pitches and solution-based selling.
• Ability to clearly communicate product value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination with Product, BD/Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
• Proven track record of managing product readiness, processes, documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with digital assets and institutional workflows is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and ongoing support for institutional products, ensuring processes, controls, documentation, and internal coordination are in place.
• Partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to support product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
• Support institutional client pitches, product positioning, and solution discussions with BD teams.
• Translate product capabilities into client-facing value propositions, pitch materials, FAQs, and enablement content.
• Assist institutional sales discussions by explaining workflows, features, and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate across Product, BD, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client Services for timely execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive process improvements for client experience and internal efficiency.
• Maintain internal documentation, procedures, training materials, and launch checklists for institutional products.
• Gather client and stakeholder feedback to inform product improvements.
• Track metrics related to product adoption, onboarding, operational performance, and service quality.
• Bridge commercial and product teams to reflect market feedback in execution priorities.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead product operations and commercial enablement for our institutional product suite. This role will work closely with Product, Business Development, Sales, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to support product readiness, client engagement, go-to-market execution, and ongoing operational excellence.

The ideal candidate combines strong product operations discipline with the ability to support institutional client conversations, articulate product value propositions, and partner with BD teams on strategic pitching and solutioning.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of institutional clients and their needs across trading, financing, yield, custody, settlement, or related product areas.
• Experience supporting or participating in institutional client pitches, commercial discussions, or solution-based selling.
• Ability to communicate product value propositions clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills with experience working across Product, BD/Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
• Proven ability to manage product readiness, operational processes, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and execution discipline.
• Familiarity with digital assets, institutional workflows, and operational/control considerations is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
