Job summary

StarX Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Institutional Sales Trader to lead the sales strategy for FX services, building and nurturing relationships with institutional clients and driving revenue growth.

You will work to understand regulatory requirements for marketing and client interaction, target trading houses and asset managers, and deliver market intelligence to inform sales strategy across the Asia region. Mandarin proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Conversational Mandarin required to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy and build institutional client relationships, especially FX trading clients.
• Understand regulatory requirements for marketing and client interaction.
• Target trading houses, asset managers, and other institutional clients.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in Asia.
• Provide market intelligence reports, including pricing insights and competitor analysis.
