Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Installation Technician/Installation Supervisor to execute installation, commissioning and fabrication on schedule at client sites in Singapore.

The role involves hands-on use of hand and power tools, adherence to drawings, and maintaining comprehensive quality documentation. Candidates with 1 year or more in installing industrial or mechanical systems may progress towards a supervisor role as they gain experience, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical.
• Minimum 1 year of experience installing and commissioning industrial or mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation, commissioning and fabrication work on schedule.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks such as lifting, bolting, wiring, aligning and fitting.
• Follow manufacturing drawings and ensure quality standards and proper documentation.
• Travel to job sites, set up equipment, assist with testing and commissioning, report site progress and issues.
• Adhere to EHS procedures, 5S housekeeping and statutory standards.

Installation Technician/ Installation Supervisor

• Core Duties: Execute installation, commissioning, and fabrication work on schedule, operate hand and power tools, follow manufacturing drawings, and ensure quality standards and proper documentation. Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks such lifting, bolting, wiring, aligning and fitting.
• Project & Site Operations: Travel to job sites, set up equipment, assist with testing and commissioning, report site progress and issues, and track man-hour productivity data.
• Safety & Compliance (EHS): Adhere strictly to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures, statutory standards (such as JSA, working at heights, and safe driving), and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Reporting: Record and submit man-hour data for productivity tracking and project performance monitoring, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting procedures. Complete and submit all necessary information for quality control (QC) sheets for all projects, ensuring proper review in compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in installing and commissioning industrial or mechanical systems (with supervisory roles considered for candidates with more experience).
