Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to supervise contractors and perform maintenance on instrumentation, control, and automation systems while ensuring site safety.

You will support management with related tasks, prepare reports, and travel between multiple sites to oversee ongoing projects and maintenance activities in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or IT.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in instrumentation, control, automation, or Electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors working on instrumentation, control, and automation systems to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on electrical, electronic, and automated systems to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct system checks on instrumentation and automation equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit detailed work reports, maintenance checklists, and progress updates to document site activities accurately.
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce contractor adherence to safety protocols for electronic and automated systems.
• Assist management with ad-hoc tasks related to instrumentation, control, automation, and IT systems to support operational needs.
• Travel between multiple sites as required to oversee ongoing projects and maintenance activities.
• Work outdoors and adapt to varying site conditions to fulfill site inspection duties effectively.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fresh graduates with Higher NITEC in (Electrical OR Electronic OR Mechanical OR Mechatronics, IT) with strong technical knowledge
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
