Job summary

TECHLEAD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Technician/Senior Technician to support the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems at project sites in Singapore.

You will work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure work is completed on schedule and to quality standards. On-the-job training is provided for fresh graduates, with senior opportunities for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• ITE/Nitec or Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training provided.
• Senior Technician consideration for candidates with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform equipment assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and rectification works.
• Assist Engineers and Supervisors in daily project execution and site activities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment and systems.

Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Technician/Senior Technician to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and meets project quality standards. Work closely with engineers and project teams to execute installation works, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct inspections, and deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform equipment assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and rectification works.
• Assist Engineers and Supervisors in daily project execution and site activities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment and systems.

Project Execution

• Support project installation works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work is completed within the project schedule and quality requirements.
• Assist in site measurements and verification of installation work.
• Coordinate with project team members to resolve technical issues.

Job Requirements

• ITE Nitec, Higher Nitec, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Candidates with relevant working experience may be considered for Senior Technician.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings is preferred.
• Willing to work at project sites and learn new technical skills.
