Job summary

Isentia, Asia-Pacific’s leading media intelligence company, seeks an Insights Manager in Singapore on a fixed-term contract until February 2027. Lead the Insights team, partner with major clients, and collaborate with sales to drive revenue and high‑quality analytics.

You will guide analysts in measuring media content, ensure delivery quality, and explore GenAI-enabled improvements to boost efficiency. 3–5 years in media intelligence and 3+ years in leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in media intelligence or related field.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Degree(s) in Communications or related Social Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Insights Analysts and Data Specialists.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.
• Collaborate with New Business and Account Management to drive opportunities.
• Oversee report production, quality control and process improvements including GenAI enhancements.
