Job summary

Wearehuman8 is seeking an Insight Consultant in Singapore to activate change for brands through data and consumer insights. You will start with data analysis and reporting, then develop expertise across quantitative and qualitative research methods across Southeast Asia.

You will work independently and in teams, managing projects and collaborating with the Client Teams department. You will support project planning, fieldwork, analysis, and presentations, with opportunities to grow client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, economics).
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore.
• Attention to detail when handling data and materials.
• Clear communication within the team.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Basic analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up and management of online research projects, supporting or coordinating with senior colleagues.
• Attend activity design meetings and brainstorms.
• Grow moderating experience on 1on1 interviews and group discussions; brief external moderators as needed.
• Analyze, interpret and report findings from research projects and draft conclusions for review by seniors.
• Present findings internally and at client presentations; respond to questions related to analyses.
• Support account management by handling project tasks and communications.
• Develop commercial understanding by following marketing content and building a professional network.
