Dyson is seeking an Insider Risk Analyst to help safeguard confidential information within our group security program. You will design and tune Data Loss Prevention rules, monitor alerts, and provide actionable guidance on data protection capabilities and business impact.

The role requires collaboration with investigators and senior analysts on sensitive investigations. Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, AD familiarity, and command of Microsoft Office and databases are essential.

Formación

• Understanding of Data Protection legislation and its applicability to employee monitoring.
• Excellent attention to detail with clear, evidenced findings.
• Ability to handle demanding timelines and reporting obligations.
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to policies and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Author policies in the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) suite to meet data protection objectives.
• Provide guidance on Dyson data protection capabilities and business impact.
• Monitor alerts from rule violations and determine next steps.
• Refine technical rules to reduce false positives and improve relevance.
• Configure and produce reporting within DLP tooling for business visibility.
• Identify process and tooling improvements across the security program.
• Follow validation and change control processes.
• Adhere to sensitive data handling controls and guidance.
• Support investigations into policy breaches with senior analysts.
