Dyson is seeking an Insider Risk Analyst to join the Group Security team in Singapore. You will author DLP policies, advise on data protection options, and monitor rule-based alerts to mitigate insider risk.

You will collaborate with investigators to enforce policies and maintain confidential, compliant operations. The role requires 2+ years as an IT analyst, knowledge of Active Directory and data privacy, and strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• At least two years of IT analyst experience.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and applying rules to users.
• Ability to assess threats, vulnerabilities and risk.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy laws and procedures.
• Competence in Microsoft Office solutions and database basics.

Responsabilidades

• Author policies/rules in the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) suite to meet data protection objectives.
• Provide guidance on Dyson's data protection capabilities and business impact.
• Monitor alerts from technical rule violations and decide next steps.
• Refine rules to reduce false positives and improve relevance.
• Configure and generate reporting within the DLP tooling for business visibility.
• Identify process and tooling improvements across the security program.
• Follow validation and change control processes.
• Adhere to sensitive data handling controls and guidance.
• Support investigations with investigators and senior analysts within legal and policy scope.
