Teamlease Digital Private Limited in Singapore seeks a DLP Technical Specialist with hands-on Microsoft Purview DLP expertise to lead requirements gathering, policy design, configuration, testing and implementation in a banking environment.

You will coordinate with business, IT, compliance, risk and regional teams, produce technical docs and status reports, and ensure DLP policies meet banking regulations and security standards.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a DLP Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to support data protection initiatives within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, policy design, configuration, testing, implementation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery of data protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for DLP implementation.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Microsoft Purview DLP policies.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to data protection controls.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in Data Loss Prevention, Information Security, Data Protection, Business Analysis, or Technology Risk.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, including policy design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of data protection, information security, and DLP policy management.
• Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage implementation activities and drive outcomes.
• Banking or financial services experience is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on data protection or information security transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with security compliance requirements and risk management frameworks.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional and regional teams.
