Job summary

WE COMPONENTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team with quotations, distributor communications, and reporting.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely updates while maintaining strong distributor relationships. The role requires 1–2 years in sales support or similar, bilingual English/Chinese, and proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales, inside sales, customer service or sales support experience.
• Experience handling distributor customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up on quotations, pricing requests, product availability and customer feedback.
• Coordinate internally with the sales team, product marketing team, purchasing, warehouse, logistics and finance departments.
• Maintain and update customer information, quotation records, pricing data and sales reports.
• Monitor sales activities, order status and customer requirements, and provide regular updates to the relevant teams.
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales data, customer reports and business analysis.
• Communicate with customers regarding product information, lead time, pricing and other commercial matters.
• Support the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with the relevant internal departments.
• Maintain good business relationships with distributor customers and provide professional sales support.
• Perform other sales administration duties assigned by the management.
