Job summary

Advanced CAE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Executive – Service & Spare Parts to manage sales activities for analyzer system spare parts and after‑sales services. The role is primarily indoors, focusing on sales and order coordination from inquiry to delivery.

You will respond promptly to customer inquiries, analyze requirements, prepare quotations, and coordinate procurement, production, and logistics to fulfil orders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, Sales or related field.
• 1–3 years of inside sales, sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, or spare-parts sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries for analyzer system spare parts, replacement components, consumables, and service activities.
• Analyze requirements including specifications, part numbers, quantities, and delivery timelines to recommend solutions.
• Coordinate procurement, production, documentation, and delivery activities with suppliers and manufacturers to meet customer expectations.
