Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Interior Design Sales professional to drive new business, manage client relationships, and close interior design projects. You will handle consultations, quotations, and negotiations, coordinating with design teams to ensure smooth handovers.

The role emphasizes lead generation, client communication, and the ability to read basic construction drawings. Knowledge of 3D rendering is a plus, with performance-based pay and annual increments

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Interior Design / ID Company Sales / Interior Design Sales.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and bring in projects.
• Comfortable dealing with clients and handling sales negotiations.
• Able to read or prepare basic construction drawings.
• Experience with 3D rendering / visualisation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for interior design projects.
• Handle the full sales process from initial consultation to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Meet and communicate with clients to understand their renovation and interior design requirements.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare project quotations and sales proposals.
• Prepare basic interior design / construction drawings when required.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Prepare 3D visualisations / renderings would be an added advantage.
