Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to qualify opportunities and drive sales targets from Singapore South East. You will manage inquiries, build trusted relationships, and coordinate orders with internal teams and our Japan HQ.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales support or related fields, familiarity with SAP/CRM, and strong Excel/Office skills. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with competitive bonus opportunities and transport

Qualifications

• 1–3 years inside sales, sales support, customer service, order management or distribution experience.
• CRM and ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound enquiries and conduct outbound follow-ups by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective customers; identify needs and propose solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing requests per guidelines.
• Coordinate order processing from quotation to delivery with teams and HQ in Japan.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and CRM; ensure timely follow-ups.
