TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email, and to coordinate with internal teams on requirements and schedules.

You will prepare quotations, monitor orders and follow up on fulfilment to ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to senior staff.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Interest in building a long-term career in technical sales or engineering sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in preparing quotations and coordinating service schedules is an advantage.
• Organised and able to manage multiple quotations and orders concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, telephone and email, and coordinate with internal teams to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare and issue accurate service, technical and spare parts quotations, including pricing, lead times and other relevant details.
• Monitor and follow up on Purchase Orders, quotations and order fulfilment to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Engineering, Field Service and Internal Sales Coordination Teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Monitor spare parts availability and delivery schedules to support customer requirements, including urgent machine recovery needs.
• Follow up on service reports, delivery order acknowledgements and other relevant sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, delivery schedules and follow-up activities.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the Senior Sales Coordinator as required

Job Description

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in technical sales, engineering sales or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Prior experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules and managing customer enquiries will be an advantage.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple quotations, orders and follow-up activities concurrently.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn, with a genuine interest in developing technical product knowledge and sales expertise.
