Job summary

Worq AI in Singapore invites applications for a role reporting to the Senior Manager, Inpatient Operations, to assist in the management of assigned clinical and patient services in the hospital and/or project management role for ward infrastructure and building improvement projects.

You will be responsible for key departmental and service performance areas, including customer service, operational excellence and resource utilisation, and will collaborate with Nursing, Operational Support Services

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Healthcare experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned inpatient ward(s) and coordinate with Ward Nurse Manager and stakeholders to resolve system and process issues.
• Review key processes to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and resource utilisation.
• Track, monitor and improve customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate on ward infrastructure and building improvement projects to minimize disruption and ensure compliance with hospital standards.
• Ensure planning of project phases and bed closures to minimize impact on inpatient operations.
• Capture user requirements in project specifications and ensure site works meet infection control standards.
• Participate in NUHS Way projects and IT initiatives to improve care.
• Handle customer complaints and perform service recovery as needed.
• Review and update policies and procedures as needed.
