Job summary

National University Health System Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager to support inpatient operations and project management for ward infrastructure improvements at the Alexandra Campus redevelopment.

You will work with Nursing, operations and IT teams to ensure safe, efficient and patient-centered care. The role emphasizes leadership in strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibilities spanning daily

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in any discipline.
• Healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Minimum two years' experience for Assistant Manager and above.
• Strong analytical, organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and project management basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned inpatient wards and support services for seamless patient experience.
• Collaborate with Ward Nurse Manager and stakeholders to resolve process issues.
• Drive performance improvements in customer experience and resource utilisation.
• Plan and track ward infrastructure/projects to minimize disruption and stay within budget.
• Support annual planning cycles including budgets and training requirements.
• Contribute to hospital-wide projects and quality improvement initiatives.
• Handle service issues and contribute to policy updates as needed.
