Job summary

MIJ Hub in Singapore seeks a Special Needs Educator to design, implement, and evaluate IEPs for students with diverse learning needs, collaborating with therapists and families to support holistic development.

You will deliver differentiated lessons, use assistive technology, monitor progress, and maintain records while ensuring a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that empowers students from ages 4 to 40.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience with students who have special needs; fresh grads welcome.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs; experience with assistive technology and digital progress tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized IEPs for each student.
• Develop and deliver differentiated lessons using assistive technology.
• Monitor student progress with ongoing assessments and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with therapists, learning support staff, and families to support holistic development.
