PERSONNEL LINK JOBHUB PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Mechanical/Industrial engineer with mold design expertise to join our team.

You will design plastic injection molds, prepare DFM, and develop 3D/2D mold designs using NX12. The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong CAD skills, hands-on mold making, and the ability to coordinate with CAM and MFG to meet customer specs. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:45pm at Joo Koon; monthly salary is discussed with experience and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge in CAD and Unigraphics software.
• Hands-on experience in mold making.
• Ability to prepare DFM according to customer specifications.
• Proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design plastic injection molds per customer specs.
• Prepare DFM according to customer specifications.
• Develop 3D and 2D mold designs using NX12 and above.
• Develop engineered plastic parts and assemblies.
• Collaborate with CAM and MFG to meet customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Designing of plastic injection molds as per customer requirements & specifications
• DFM preparation according to customer specifications
• Develop 3D & 2Dsolid mold designs through UG software NX12 and above
• Develop and design engineered plastic parts, insert molded parts and assemblies
• Work closely with CAM and MFG department to meet customer requirements
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/BachelorDegree in Mechanical / Industrial
• Above 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge in CAD and Unigraphics software
• Hands on experience in mold making
• Ability to prepare DFM according to customer specification
• Proactive and deep analytical skills
• Good problem-solving skills with strong technical acumen
• Location: Joo Koon|Mondays to Fridays (8:30am to 5:45pm)
• Monthly salary x 13 + Variable Bonus. Monthly salary will commensurate according to experiences
