Advario in Singapore seeks a passionate Innovation & Sustainability professional to lead the execution of our sustainability agenda, advancing ESG ambitions and accelerating adoption of innovative technologies across our operations.

You will embed sustainability into the core business, collaborate with internal stakeholders and HQ, and apply AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in innovation or sustainability roles.
• Experience in ESG reporting and GHG accounting.
• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the innovation and sustainability agenda in Singapore.

Job description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Innovation & Sustainability professional to lead the execution of our innovation and sustainability agenda in Singapore. This role is pivotal in advancing our ESG ambitions, driving impactful sustainability initiatives, and accelerating the adoption of innovative technologies across our operations.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and global headquarters to embed sustainability into the core of our business while identifying cutting‑edge solutions—including AI—to enhance operational efficiency and environmental performance.

Your Tasks:

• Support the development and implementation of the company’s innovation and sustainability strategy, aligning with company’s global objectives.
• Identify, assess, and deploy innovative technologies and startup solutions to address operational challenges.
• Lead and contribute to sustainability projects focused on:
• Energy efficiency
• Carbon reduction and climate risk mitigation
• Water and waste management
• Digital and AI-driven transformation

2) Sustainability Governance & Compliance

• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards, including GRI and ISCC certifications.
• Lead GHG emissions verification and oversee sustainability certification processes.
• Build and maintain a strong internal and external sustainability network to share best practices.

3) Performance Management & Reporting

• Develop and track KPIs and roadmaps aligned with the company’s Net Zero ambitions.
• Manage ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting for:
• Annual sustainability reports
• Shareholders and HQ updates

4) Stakeholder Engagement & Culture

• Act as a innovation and sustainability ambassador, promoting awareness through workshops, initiatives, and employee engagement programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive ownership and accountability for sustainability initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in innovation/sustainability, engineering, or related fields, ideally within the oil, gas, or chemical industry.
• Strong background in ESG reporting, GHG accounting, and sustainability frameworks.
• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies/Science, Chemical/Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Passionate about sustainability and innovation

Please Note:

• This position is equivalent to an Associate Manager in Advario
• Official Working hours: 830 - 1700, M-F
• Office location is at Jurong Island. Employees are allowed to work from home up to 2 days per week.
• Lunch is provided while in the terminal and company shuttle bus transport to and from Jurong East MRT
