Job summary

Building System & Diagnostics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Green Building Consultant in Singapore to guide clients in adopting sustainable building practices, assist with green certifications, and improve energy efficiency across projects.

You will support data collection, analysis, and reporting, coordinate with stakeholders, and help manage project timelines while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Sustainability, or related field is required.
• Professional certification such as LEED AP/WELL AP/GMAP/GMAAP is commendable but not compulsory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support in Green Certifications: Assist in preparing documentation and calculations for green certifications such as Green Mark, LEED, WELL and Wired Score. Coordinate with clients and consultants to gather data for submissions.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Perform basic analyses on energy efficiency, lighting, HVAC systems and other feasibility.
• Technical Support: Prepare energy efficiency and sustainability reports; review drawings and specifications for alignment with sustainability goals.
• Project Management Assistance: Track project timelines, attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on tasks; communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized records for sustainability-related documentation.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with additional tasks as directed by senior ESD engineers or management.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with trends, technologies, and advancements in green building practices.

Driven by Singapore Sustainability Roadmap and the global demand in sustainability, our team is expanding, and we are looking for candidates who expressed interest in the built environment to provide advisory to stakeholders and lead project team to attain their sustainable goals and visions.

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Green Building Consultant to join our team. As a Green Building Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients in adopting sustainable and environmentally friendly building practices. You will provide expertise on green building certifications, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly materials, helping clients design and construct buildings that minimize their environmental impact.

Responsibilities:

1. Support in Green Certifications: Assist in preparing documentation and calculations for green certifications such as Green Mark, LEED, WELL, and Wired score. Coordinate with clients and consultants to gather necessary data for submissions

2. Data Collection and Analysis:Perform basic analyses on energy efficiency, lighting, HVAC systems and other feasibility

5. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain organized records for all sustainability-related documentation

6. Ad-hoc Tasks:Assist with additional tasks as directed by senior ESD engineers or management

7. Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in green building practices. Continuously enhance expertise through training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.

• Professional certification such as LEED AP/ WELL AP/ GMAP/ GMAAP is commendable, but not compulsory

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
