Advario Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. seeks an I&S Lead in Singapore to drive innovation and sustainability initiatives, embedding ESG into core operations and advancing net-zero objectives through AI-enabled approaches.

You will collaborate with leadership to deploy cutting-edge technologies, manage ESG data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in innovation, sustainability, engineering or related fields (preferably oil, gas or chemicals).
• Strong expertise in ESG reporting, GHG accounting, and sustainability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovation and sustainability strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Identify and deploy innovative technologies and startup solutions to address operational challenges.
• Lead sustainability projects targeting energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and digital transformation.
• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards (GRI, ISCC).
• Lead GHG emissions verification and manage sustainability certification processes.
• Build internal and external sustainability networks to share best practices.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs and roadmaps aligned with Net Zero goals.
• Manage ESG data collection and reporting for annual reports and audits.
• Act as sustainability ambassador through workshops and engagement programs.

Job Summary

The I&S Lead will collaborate with the Director I&S in leading the execution of innovation and sustainability initiatives in Singapore to advance ESG goals, deploy cutting-edge technologies including AI, and embed sustainability into core operations aligned with global objectives.
The job position listed is equivalent to an Associate Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovation and sustainability strategies aligned with global company objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and deploy innovative technologies and startup solutions to solve operational challenges
• Lead sustainability projects targeting energy efficiency, carbon reduction, climate risk mitigation, water and waste management, and digital/AI-driven transformation
• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards, including GRI and ISCC certifications
• Lead greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions verification and manage sustainability certification processes
• Build and maintain internal and external sustainability networks to share best practices and enhance collaboration
• Develop, track, and report on KPIs and roadmaps aligned with Net Zero ambitions
• Manage ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting for annual sustainability reports, shareholder updates, and ESG audits
• Act as an innovation and sustainability ambassador by promoting awareness through workshops, initiatives, and employee engagement programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive ownership and accountability for sustainability initiatives

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in innovation, sustainability, engineering, or related fields, preferably within oil, gas, or chemical industries
• Strong expertise in ESG reporting, GHG accounting, and sustainability frameworks
• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies/Science, Chemical/Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline
