Job summary

The Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a dynamic professional to lead strategic partnerships, shape programmes and manage grants within the Careers and Employment Services sector. You will coordinate engagement with training providers, employers and public agencies to expand career planning support and CES capability-building.

The role emphasizes governance, budgeting and evidence-based decision making, with opportunities to influence policy and practice across the public

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership management, industry engagement, programme development, grant administration or public-sector programme delivery.
• Experience leading projects with external stakeholders and cross-functional coordination.
• Understanding of grant processes, budgeting, procurement considerations, risk management.
• Experience with training providers, employers, sector agencies or workforce stakeholders is advantageous.
• Exposure to innovation methodologies or human-centered design is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with grant management, CRM tools or dashboards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partnership plans with priority stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional partnership workstreams and programme concepts.
• Oversee grant governance, eligibility, disbursements and budgeting.
• Monitor milestones, partner performance and risk, with mitigation actions.
• Prepare updates and briefing decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide junior staff on stakeholder management and project reporting.
