Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore is seeking a Program Specialist to join an R&D team developing Consumer inkjet All-in-One and Printer products. You will help craft engineering specs, drive project schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will lead build readiness, manage BOMs and test plans, and support cost control while maintaining product quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with minimum 3 years related experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in R&D environment.
• Experience in All-in-One or Inkjet Printer products preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Program Specialist Description - Job Summary

You will be a member of an R&D team responsible for the development of Consumer inkjet All-in-One and Printer products. You will be responsible for Develop engineering specifications and requirements for the product. Develop project schedules and drive projects to successful completion. Work with technical team to establish build objectives, drive readiness and manage build progress. Lead operation and/or production to establish processes for the project. Assist the organization in maintaining system quality throughout the product lifecycle. You will be assisting the Program Mgr and Chief Engr to ensure all technical aspect of the project are well managed. You will be responsible for the success of the R&D development phase and all the proto builds. Tasks includes collating requirements and volume for the build, construct build matrix, manage BOM, ensure test plan is ready and manage build and product cost. You are expected to work with cross disciplines, functional and geographical teams. We are looking for a highly motivated top performer with deep technical skills and demonstrated technical leadership across disciplines to join us.

Education & Experience

Recommended Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years related experience. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in R&D environment. Preferred experience in All-in-One or Inkjet Printer products. Ability to work independently or on a team, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Ability to work with a degree of ambiguity. Creative and Innovative. Fluent in English. Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to working with overseas stakeholders. Strong soft skills capability as the effectiveness of the candidate will be their ability to enable/empower the technical teams to drive resolution/issues & etc Ability to lead large cross-functional meetings (eg. Integration team), follow-up on many details, let the program managers/PM know when the team is off-track and propose supportable options Strong collaborator with good communication skills.
