HP R&D Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional ink qualification and new product introduction programs. The role emphasizes project leadership, risk management, and strategic collaboration with stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 4-7 years of work experience in design, product development, manufacturing or quality engineering.
  • Experience with product qualification, NPI, manufacturing change management, or supplies product/technology development.
  • Experience leading cross-functional global teams and across time zones.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple project teams across design and development for complex products, solutions, and platforms.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional organizations (Ink Chemistry, Writing Systems, Reliability, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Packaging, Supply Chain, Hardware printers).
  • Review designs for compliance with technology and development guidelines; provide feedback to improve quality.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to optimize product output, quality, and cost of delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff to set a standard of excellence in design and development.
