KERRY CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a mid-level Legal Counsel to support a conglomerate's infrastructure and development portfolio. You will cover procurement, tenders, contract negotiation, project delivery and contract administration across large-scale projects.

The role requires a Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 5 PQE, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Mid-level Singapore-qualified lawyer with ≥5 PQE.
Experience in commercial contracts, projects, infrastructure, construction, procurement.
Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support full lifecycle of major infrastructure and development projects: procurement, tenders, contract negotiation, project delivery and contract administration.
Draft and negotiate construction, consultancy, maintenance and other commercial agreements; advise on risks, variations and delays.
Support dispute management through negotiation, mediation, litigation or arbitration; develop templates, guidance and best practices.
