Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Facilities Development professional to support the Institution Lead in planning and implementing projects at Kent Ridge Campus. You will help set up project management systems and work with stakeholders across departments.

The role requires a degree in relevant fields, at least 2 years in complex live-environment A&A, familiarity with local authority requirements, and strong communication and teamwork to manage consultants, contractors, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, PM or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in complex, live-environment A&A.
• Healthcare infra or commercial project experience is a plus.
• Familiar with local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop project governance policies for infrastructure delivery.
• Set technical standards and ensure standardisation.
• Engage users for feasibility studies.
• Lead design development of projects.
• Procurement of consultancy and construction packages.
• Review schedules, method statements, and permits.
• Oversee consultants and contractors per contract terms.
• Engage with local authorities.
• Prepare cost estimates, scope, and BOQ.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, materials.
