Job summary

PERSOL seeks a Facilities Development professional to support the Institution Lead in planning and implementing projects at Kent Ridge Campus, and to set up project management systems and tools to ensure smooth delivery.

You will develop governance policies, technical standards, and feasibility studies; lead design development; handle procurement of consultancy and construction packages; review schedules and permits; and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in complex, live-environment A&A (acquisition & augmentation).
• Experience in healthcare infrastructure or commercial projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop project governance policies and processes for consistent delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Develop technical standards for cluster infra projects ensuring standardisation with hospital design.
• Engage users for feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
• Lead design development of projects.
• Procurement of consultancy and construction packages.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, submissions, and permits.
• Oversee consultants and contractors per contract terms.
• Lead engagement with local authorities.
• Prepare cost estimates, scope of work, and Bill of Quantities.
• Prepare minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
