Job summary

Ang Mo Kio Town Council is seeking a Project Executive to coordinate upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure projects across Town Council estates. You will monitor budgets, timelines, and compliance while ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.

The role requires 2–5 years in project coordination or related fields, with strong proficiency in MS Office; MS Project is a plus. You will liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, PM, Facilities Management, Architecture or related.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, facilities/estate management or infrastructure projects.
• MS Office proficiency; MS Project familiarity is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and with stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full procurement and project lifecycle, including ITQ/ITT docs, tender admin, contract award, and post-contract coordination.
• Maintain a centralized database of contracts, tender docs, contractor records, and project documentation.
• Monitor milestones and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project budgets and expenditures; maintain accurate cost records.
• Generate periodic management reports on project status and expenditure.
• Provide administrative support by coordinating meetings and accurate minutes.
• Support audits and statutory submissions, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
• Perform any other adhoc duties assigned.
