Job summary

ICT Distribution PTE Ltd is seeking a Product Manager - Infrastructure to oversee and grow the IT infrastructure product portfolio in Singapore. You will focus on vendor management, channel development, sales support, and business growth.

In this role you will manage vendor relationships, develop reseller and SI channel partners, identify new opportunities, and support the sales team with product information, quotations, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure product management or channel sales.
Experience with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or enterprise customers.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of servers, storage, networking, and security solutions.
Experience in the Singapore market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned infrastructure products and vendor relationships.
Develop and maintain reseller, system integrator, and channel partner accounts.
Identify new business and market opportunities.
Support the sales team with product information, quotations, presentations, and customer requirements.
Conduct product training and partner enablement.
Monitor sales pipeline, revenue, and product performance.
Research market trends and competitor offerings.
Develop strategies to increase product sales and market share.
