Job summary

PEI sits at the centre of one of the most dynamic industries in global finance. This role focuses on transaction analysis across unlisted infrastructure and private equity assets, reviewing pricing dynamics and collecting multiples for equity inputs, while assessing debt structures and pricing inputs.

You will maintain asset-level financial data in SIPA's database and contribute to deploying an AI tool to enhance pricing research and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance or economics.
• 2+ years in a similar role with financial analysis or equity research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review equity transactions involving unlisted infrastructure and private equity assets.
• Assess debt structures and financing arrangements for unlisted assets.
• Research infrastructure projects and private equity companies and maintain financial data.
• Use AI tool for transaction research and provide structured feedback.
