Job summary

PEI Group seeks a candidate grounded in accounting, finance or economics to build in-depth knowledge of infrastructure projects and private equity. You will analyze equity and debt transactions, collect multiples, and maintain asset data in SIPA's database to contextualize pricing decisions.

You will also validate outputs from an AI tool, contribute feedback, and help shape its development to support pricing analysis and transaction intelligence workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
• 2+ years in financial analysis, pricing or equity research in financial services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read financial statements and extract relevant data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review equity transactions involving unlisted infrastructure and private equity assets to analyze pricing dynamics.
• Assess debt structures and pricing, including debt issuance terms and covenants.
• Research infrastructure projects and private equity firms and maintain financial data in SIPA's database.
• Input and validate financial statements and populate asset data files.
• Use and provide feedback on an AI tool to support pricing analysis and transaction intelligence.
