Job summary

Jurong Port is seeking an experienced senior finance and procurement transformation leader in Singapore to drive end-to-end initiatives. You will review processes, develop roadmaps, and implement changes across finance and procurement functions.

The role requires more than 10 years in finance, strong modelling, valuation, and ERP experience, with proven cross-functional leadership and governance capabilities. Collaboration with government agencies and large corporates is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business; professional qualification preferred; MBA advantageous.
More than 10 years in finance, corporate finance, investments, transformation, consulting, procurement, strategy or project leadership.
Business transformation, process improvement, financial modelling & valuation, investment/M&A analysis, finance & procurement processes, ERP (SAP/Oracle).
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and engage senior stakeholders, government agencies and large corporates.
Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, business case development, benefits realisation, project/change management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and transform finance and procurement processes and systems and drive roadmaps.
Conduct financial and strategic due diligence on investments and partnerships.
Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for initiatives.
Lead cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders and government agencies.
Monitor KPIs and ensure benefits realization and governance.
