Job summary

ESR Group is seeking an Associate in our Infrastructure team to support sourcing, execution and management of investment opportunities. You will drive financial modelling, due diligence and stakeholder relationships across the deal lifecycle.

You will also contribute to portfolio monitoring, value creation and mentoring of junior team members within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of infra investments, private equity or investment banking experience.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering; advanced degrees/certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry players to generate deal flow.
• Prepare memos, presentations and IC recommendations.
• Lead financial modelling, valuation and due diligence; support structuring.
• Manage comprehensive due diligence across financial, tax, technical and legal areas.
• Coordinate with external advisors for thorough evaluations.
• Monitor portfolio assets and develop value-creation plans.
• Mentor juniors and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Support investor meetings and fundraising materials.
