Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Buona Vista, Singapore is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer on a 1-year contract to maintain IT infrastructure, support technology projects, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver reliable IT solutions.

You will manage site IT infrastructure, provide hands-on support for network and systems, and coordinate with regional teams and vendors while ensuring security standards are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in infrastructure, IT operations, or a similar role.
• Strong network, security, and IT infrastructure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support site IT infrastructure including network, servers, hardware and end-user technologies.
• Provide hands-on support for network architecture, upgrades, system integration and technology refresh projects.
• Participate in IT infrastructure and business projects from requirements through go-live support.
• Collaborate with business users, regional IT teams, vendors and stakeholders as a Business IT integrator.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: Up to $6,500 per month
Join a leading healthcare environment as an Infrastructure Engineer (1 year contract) , where you will play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting technology projects, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support site IT infrastructure including network, servers, hardware, and end-user technologies , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide hands‑on support for network architecture, infrastructure upgrades, system integration, and technology refresh projects .
• Participate in IT infrastructure and business projects from requirements gathering and site readiness assessment through implementation, cutover and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with business users, regional IT teams, vendors and stakeholders as a Business IT integrator to deliver technology solutions.
• Support IP security and cybersecurity initiatives , ensuring infrastructure and technology deployments comply with security standards.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, coordinate escalations and work with vendors or regional teams to drive timely resolution.
• Manage infrastructure changes including Change Requests (CR), implementation activities, risk tracking and post-implementation reviews .
• Support the adoption and integration of new technologies, providing technical guidance to business users and project teams.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline .
• Minimum 4 years of experience in infrastructure, IT operations, IT project delivery or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, IP security/cybersecurity and IT infrastructure .
• Experience working as a Business IT integrator , coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Prior experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing or Finance environments will be advantageous.
• Hands‑on experience supporting IT infrastructure and technology projects .
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and hands‑on approach.
